- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional efficiency
- Resolve customer complaints and issues using empathetic communication and problem-solving skills
- Process orders, applications, and requests while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all channels
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local dialects
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
