Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and industrial clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with accuracy and professional courtesy.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database by updating account details and interaction history.
- Collaborate with internal departments to expedite resolutions for complex client needs.
- Provide detailed product and service information to enhance customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and suggest improvements to management.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance KPIs, including call handling time and resolution rates.
Kualifikasi
- Educational attainment of at least 2 years in college or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse industrial clients.
- High proficiency in computer applications and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
