Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve full satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and gather feedback on service quality.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience and streamline processes.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores, average handling time, and first-call resolution rate.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide top-tier support.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or BPO role is highly preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor when handling customer concerns.
- Willing to work onsite in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.
- Available to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
