As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional support across various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. In this role, you will handle a wide range of customer inquiries, from product questions and order issues to troubleshooting and complaints. You are expected to listen attentively, identify core issues, and provide accurate information or escalate complex matters to ensure timely resolution. You will also actively use our customer relationship management (CRM) system to log interactions and track progress, ensuring every customer receives consistent and personalized service.
We are looking for individuals with outstanding communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. While prior call center experience is a plus, we provide thorough training to set you up for success. You must be comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, tailored solutions to ensure high satisfaction
- Document and track customer interactions in the company's CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring follow-up and resolution
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall service quality
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
- Empathy and patience when dealing with challenging situations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
