Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve product/service issues with efficiency and professionalism
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate call records
- Meet key performance metrics including call handling time and CSAT scores
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Update CRM systems with customer information and case details
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure resolution satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service/call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude with high stress tolerance
- Basic automotive industry knowledge is advantageous
