Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on UK clients.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database.
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to meet daily performance targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred.
