Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes and operational efficiency.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics including quality scores and call handle time.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance technical and communication skills.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a High School Diploma/Senior High School graduate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using web-based applications.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is an advantage but not required.
