Tanggung Jawab
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Effectively manage customer accounts, update personal information, and process service requests.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate information and viable solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments while ensuring ownership and follow-through.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products, services, and policies to deliver accurate support.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to track customer interactions and history.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
Kualifikasi
- At least a college graduate or completed 2 years in college with relevant call center experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
- Ability to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred.
