Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Act as primary liaison between clients and technical/product teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and service workflows
- Meet/exceed key performance indicators including resolution times and satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex client needs
- Continuously update knowledge on Thomson Reuters products and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
