Tanggung Jawab
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary while maintaining oversight.
- Meet or exceed personal and team productivity and quality performance metrics.
- Provide product or service information, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and internal processes.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexible availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
