In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing high-quality support to our valued clients.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by managing inbound inquiries, troubleshooting issues with precision, and ensuring that every customer interaction ends on a positive note. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary while maintaining oversight.
  • Meet or exceed personal and team productivity and quality performance metrics.
  • Provide product or service information, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and internal processes.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexible availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
