Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and assist walk-in customers with their product inquiries and needs.
- Manage incoming telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process sales transactions and accurately issue invoices for all customer purchases.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding our range of health products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-office service environment.
- Resolve customer queries or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to support promotional activities and store initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma holders are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or front-desk roles is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including potential weekend shifts as required.
- A genuine interest in health, nutrition, and wellness products.
