Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently through collaborative problem-solving
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM systems
- Process transactions and ensure timely resolution of service requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery

Kualifikasi

- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal and written)
