Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality interactive service to customers through various communication channels.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving strategies.
- Manage post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Maintain accurate service administration records and documentation.
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team to facilitate smooth operations.
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate product or service solutions.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional service environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; fluency in English is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and office administrative tasks.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Available to work in Buleleng, Bali on a full-time basis.
