Tanggung Jawab
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure order tracking and shipping updates are communicated effectively.
- Contribute to team goals by providing feedback on common customer concerns and process improvement suggestions.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer service, retail, or administrative role is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using chat applications (WhatsApp, E-commerce dashboards) and basic computer software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willing to work full-time based in Kalideres, Jakarta Raya.
