Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve membership-related concerns and technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct in-depth research to address complex customer requests and provide detailed, well-structured responses.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team and management to identify process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior representatives or supervisors when necessary to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and analyze information quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume calls while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
