Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Provide detailed product information and usage guidance
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM software and POS systems
