Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Process transactions, orders, and service requests accurately and promptly
- Update customer records and maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and workflows
- Meet performance metrics including response time and resolution targets
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and service techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
