Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms professionally.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed and staying updated on product knowledge.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, including call handling metrics and satisfaction scores.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in any field or equivalent work experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software usage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
