- Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
