Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical or billing issues.
- Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis in Taguig City.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
