Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Process and verify customer orders accurately, ensuring all details match purchase requirements.
- Address and resolve product-related questions and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during all customer interactions to build brand loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery updates.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
- Stay informed about product inventory and availability to provide accurate information to clients.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in data entry and CRM software.
