As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Mandarin and English
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and patience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
