Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via email and live chat channels.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and solution-focused support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in all written and verbal communications.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot complex customer complaints and escalations.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to the support team.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or BPO operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard computer applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a genuine customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
