Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns
- Meet performance metrics including response times and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols to deliver consistent support
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to the customer service workflow
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills with active listening abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
