Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, and email to resolve inquiries and build lasting relationships.
- Follow up proactively with leads, affiliates, and resellers to nurture relationships and drive sales conversion.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
- Identify and address customer needs to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Indonesian is also required).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or office tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred.
