Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer concerns by determining the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure quality service.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes and workflows.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics including CSAT and AHT goals.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least Senior High School or two years of college education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Iloilo City.
- Ability to work comfortably on a night shift schedule.
- Strong computer literacy and typing proficiency (minimum 30 WPM).
- Highly motivated, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service or BPO experience is a plus but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
