In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries regarding insurance products, policy renewals, and claims. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, performance incentives, and professional development opportunities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and account modifications.
- Process and verify claims and requests accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide product information and educate clients on Manulife’s insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in customer service or the insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
- Willingness to work in a rotational schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
