Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
