Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Update and maintain customer records and databases accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve service processes.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products based on customer interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
