Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot basic telecommunications and connectivity issues, escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate support teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions within our CRM database.
- Provide proactive assistance by guiding customers through product features, subscription plans, and current promotional offers.
- Meet or exceed established individual and team performance targets, including Quality Assurance (QA) scores and Average Handling Time (AHT).
- Adhere to established communication guidelines, company procedures, and data privacy regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Previous experience in a BPO, call center, or customer-facing role is highly preferred but not required.
- Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with CRM systems, internet browsing, and MS Office applications.
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to work in Quiapo, Metro Manila, and accommodate shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
