Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to healthcare accounts, including insurance claims and medical information.
  • Assist patients and clients with account management, ensuring all requests are processed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update patient records in CRM systems with strict adherence to data privacy regulations.
  • Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets to senior management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with medical professionals and administrative staff to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure the resolution of customer issues and gather feedback.
  • Adhere to company call scripts and quality assurance standards during every interaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Customer Service Representative role, specifically within the Healthcare or Medical Billing sector.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, for clear communication with international clients.
  • Strong knowledge of basic medical terminology and understanding of insurance processes is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven BPO environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
