- Provide exceptional customer support through predominantly non-voice channels including email, chat, and social media
- Occasionally handle inbound and outbound voice calls for specialized customer needs
- Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with detailed and accurate information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery

Kualifikasi
- Excellent written communication skills with proficiency in English
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
