Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our internal CRM systems.
- Maintain deep knowledge of product and service offerings to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet or exceed performance KPIs.
- Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards to ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative office culture.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least a High School graduate (K-12).
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- No BPO experience? No problem! We are open to entry-level applicants.
- Active listeners with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Alabang.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment.
