Tanggung Jawab

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and billing policies.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM database accurately.
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Average Handling Time (AHT).
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies, guidelines, and compliance standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to High School Graduates (old curriculum) or K-12 Graduates.
  • No prior BPO or customer service experience required (comprehensive paid training is provided!).
  • Good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer literacy and comfortable navigating multiple system windows.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (WPM).
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Amenable to working fully on-site at our office in Alabang, Metro Manila.
