Tanggung Jawab
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and billing policies.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM database accurately.
- Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Average Handling Time (AHT).
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies, guidelines, and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Open to High School Graduates (old curriculum) or K-12 Graduates.
- No prior BPO or customer service experience required (comprehensive paid training is provided!).
- Good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic computer literacy and comfortable navigating multiple system windows.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (WPM).
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Amenable to working fully on-site at our office in Alabang, Metro Manila.
