Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Build and maintain rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a High School, College Graduate, or currently pursuing a degree.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on shifting schedules (Day, Night, or Graveyard shifts).
- Willingness to undergo training and learn new systems quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency and fast typing skills.
