Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound/outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the Healthcare CRM system.
- Provide empathetic and professional support to patients, addressing inquiries regarding appointment details and provider availability.
- Verify patient insurance information and eligibility requirements as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare clinic staff to ensure optimal daily schedules and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance and data privacy regulations while handling patient health information.
- Meet or exceed daily KPIs including call handling time, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a vocational diploma.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment (Healthcare account experience is a significant advantage).
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer navigation skills and ability to multitask between multiple software applications.
- Excellent active listening skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Makati City, including shifting schedules.
