Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service processes and resolve complex issues.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3+ months of BPO or Customer Service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; College graduates are highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be available to work onsite in Makati City immediately (ASAP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
