Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service processes and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets and KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3+ months of BPO or Customer Service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; College graduates are highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be available to work onsite in Makati City immediately (ASAP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
