Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails from airline loyalty program members regarding account inquiries and redemptions.
- Provide accurate and timely information concerning flight schedules, membership tiers, and promotional offers.
- Assist members with booking modifications, upgrades, and complex travel arrangements.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately within the CRM system.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving individual KPIs related to call quality and handling time.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and provide feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably within travel or aviation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in GDS systems or standard CRM software is an added advantage.
- Flexible and willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to long-term career growth in the industry.
