Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding banking products, account status, and transactions.
- Assist clients with the end-to-end account onboarding and activation process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Ensure all customer interactions and data entries are accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant with banking regulations.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate matters to senior management when necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including IT and compliance, to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking policies, procedures, security protocols, and product updates.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Finance, or Banking).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English with a neutral accent.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
