Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in our high-volume Banking Voice Account! This is an onsite role located in Quezon City, designed for dedicated professionals who are ready to take their career to the next level.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience. What sets us apart is our streamlined hiring process: No Assessment, Interview-Only Process. We value your time and expertise, allowing you to skip the lengthy testing phases and move directly to the interview stage.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding banking inquiries, account status, and transaction verification.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to strict banking compliance and security protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of BPO or Call Center experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Professional attitude and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City.
- Basic knowledge of banking products or processes is a plus.
