Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for BFSI products (banking, insurance, investments)
  • Resolve account inquiries, transaction disputes, and service requests
  • Process applications, claims, and account modifications per regulatory standards
  • Maintain detailed CRM records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Identify upsell opportunities based on customer profiles and needs

Kualifikasi
