Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to resolve customer concerns
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customer concerns
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
