Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Maintain deep knowledge of client products, services, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance communication and technical skills.
Kualifikasi
- Open to both experienced BPO professionals and fresh graduates/career shifters.
- Must possess strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in Alabang, Metro Manila.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills (at least 30 WPM).
- Strong problem-solving mindset and high empathy for customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
