We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Makati City team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with BPO experience who are looking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic setting.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services. You will utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to deliver prompt and effective solutions. You will also be responsible for documenting interactions, updating account information, and escalating issues as needed.
To excel in this position, you should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening abilities, and proficiency in computer applications. Experience in a BPO or call center environment is required, along with a high school diploma (college degree preferred). You must be comfortable with shifting schedules, as we operate 24/7.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
