- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and empathetic service experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's internal CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and drive operational excellence.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and service updates.
Kualifikasi
- Open to both experienced BPO professionals and fresh graduates/career shifters.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work onsite in Makati City.
- Capable of working in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
