Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding travel bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while adhering to company protocols
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet performance metrics for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Previous customer service or call center experience is advantageous
