Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account statuses.
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to ensure first-call resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including CSAT and AHT metrics.
- Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate or has completed 2 years in college.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer-facing environment is an advantage but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Amenable to working on-site at our Bridgetowne, Quezon City facility.
