Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat to resolve telecommunications account inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to mobile networks, internet connectivity, and cable services.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, account activations, payment processing, and service plan upgrades.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, notes, and transactions in the central CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time, Quality Score, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Escalate complex billing or technical issues to the appropriate tier-2 support teams when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to High School Graduates, Senior High School Graduates, or College Undergraduates.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
  • Willingness to relocate to Cagayan de Oro (relocation package assistance provided for qualified candidates).
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a call center environment is a strong advantage but not required.
