- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve product/service complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, applications, and documentation accurately
- Update customer records and maintain CRM databases

- Meet performance metrics for call handling and resolution times
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-promote company offerings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months call center or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
