Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle sales, services, and dealership inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Follow company communication scripts and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance KPIs related to call handling and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center, BPO, or customer service role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
